Travelling from home

Trav’Life is a virtual reality application for care home residents. An interactive map lets users discover destinations through 360° videos. The project offers an opportunity for discovery and a change of scenery from the residents’ own living environment.

The map provides a starting point for choosing a destination, and 360° video then opens an immersive view of that place. Trav’Life connects this navigation journey with an audience of care home residents. The reference presents virtual reality as a medium for travel and discovery within a supported living environment, complementing the portfolio’s other healthcare experiences.
